For eligible U.S. deliveries, Standard Shipping is $2.99 USD and Express Shipping is $5.99 USD. Applicable sales tax and any authorized checkout adjustments will be included in the final order total as required.

Qelvazio™ estimates 2–7 days to delivery for eligible U.S. orders after order confirmation. Standard and Express Shipping cost $2.99 and $5.99 USD respectively. Delivery is an estimate rather than an unconditional guarantee; location, inventory and carrier factors can affect timing.

Qelvazio™ offers 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, subject to the applicable return procedures and consumer law. Approved refunds generally return through the original online payment provider.
